Location before annotation
A file’s place says what it is. sofie gen reads the app once and writes its wiring; there
is no container, reflection or service locator at runtime.
Sofie
A Rust web framework built around a fixed app structure. The framework reads the whole app at build time and derives the wiring, endpoints, screens, permissions, telemetry and checks, so an app writes only its own logic.
Secure by default
CSRF protection, sealed sessions, an allowlist for every outgoing request and masked telemetry are on without configuration.
One database
Postgres or SQLite holds the events, jobs, schedules and caches. Redis and Meilisearch are optional.
Checked at build time
sofie check holds every app to the structure, so a module reaching into another one fails
